Our journey will start at 7:00 AM. Begin your journey with a visit to the Didgori Battle Memorial, a stunning place that commemorates one of the greatest battles in Georgia’s history. Next, travel to Mtskheta to visit Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See sacred places and important Christian relics that hold great significance in Georgian history and religion. Stop at Jvari Monastery, a beautiful 7th-century church listed by UNESCO, where you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Later, visit the Chronicles of Georgia, a majestic and popular monument among tourists, offering impressive views of the Tbilisi Sea. Finally, we arrive in Tbilisi. Before exploring the Old Town, we will stop at the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi, the largest church in Georgia and one of the largest in the world. After that, you will explore the ancient part of the city. During your walking tour, you will see Metekhi Church, Europe Square, the Bridge of Peace, the Gabriadze Clock Tower, Freedom Square, the Sulfur Baths, Meidan Bazaar, and many other interesting places. Enjoy a fully informative tour and discover some hidden gems of the city. Have free time for lunch in Tbilisi before returning to Kutaisi.
